DELIVERY OPTIONS & CHARGES

Your watch will be delivered by registered or express mail, that is available in your country. The cost of delivery is included in retail price you pay for the watch. The shipping cost will be charged additionally only for a small items like a straps, bracelets or any spare parts.

"Once you have placed you order and received a confirmation email, we aim to ship within one working day, though during periods of exceptional demand and around the time of Holidays in Switzerland this processing time can sometimes take slightly longer.

You will then receive a shipping notification email with a courier tracking code.

If it has been several working days since your order confirmation, or you didn’t receive one for an order you placed - please get in touch."

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPED ORDER

When we despatch your order, you will receive an email with a courier tracking code which should allow you to follow your delivery.

VALUE-ADDED TAX & IMPORT DUTIES

For orders shipped internationally, we will declare the pre-tax value of the package in Swiss francs, and the recipient will be responsible for any duties and other charges which may be due. Please note that customs policies vary from country to country.

WILL YOU UNDER-REPORT THE VALUE OF MY INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE?

No, by law we are required to state the correct selling price of the item purchased. If we under-declare this value, and it is picked up by customs, both the sender and the recipient will be liable for fines. But, if you are a Member of Auguste Reymond Club, you may apply for special discount and save big amount by reduction of a retail price and according customs duties and other fee.

On our policy of a payments security we do not accept an orders, if a name of a customer do not correspond to a recipient's name

RETURN A WATCH

"Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all of our customers, domestic and international. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return and receive an instruction, how to return depending on your country rules, to avoid extra charges. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Outside the Switzerland, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Once we receive it back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued."

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

We give 5 years free international warranty for a watch movement and extended free technical support for all lifetime of your watch. It's minimal chance to get any technical problem with your Auguste Reymond watch because it's high quality. By statistics, the customers mostly ask for repair, if they damaged a watch due normal daily life activity, or after many years just to refresh the watch. We provide extended technical support after the warranty time is over. It means, that a craftsmen work, the most expansive part of watch repairing cost, will be free for you. You will be charged only for cost of components, if it used for repairing.

Once you have submitted your form, we will review it and be in touch with details of what we believe is specifically required for your watch, the cost and any logistical information including the estimated time.

If it’s a repair to your movement that is required, and the watch was purchased within the last 2 years, it is highly likely we will repair or replace the movement free of charge. This will be confirmed when we receive the watch.

If your watch has a quartz movement and it has stopped working, it is often just a battery change that is required, rather than the movement that needs repairing. We are happy to change the battery for you and will let you know the cost beforehand.

AR CLUB PRIVILEGES

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF MEMBERSHIP IN AUGUSTE REYMOND CLUB

  • Members of AR Club have the opportunity to buy watches at a special discount in our official online store and have priority to receive our exclusive offers for a limited number of watches.
  • You can participate in creating exclusive watches. As usual, this type of project is a limited edition of the watch that will not be available for open sales. First we present the project and model of the watch to the project participants, collect opinions and wishes, and after all corrections we produce these watches only for participants.
  • You can participate in creating new models. Firstly, we present the design and prototype of the new watch model to AR Club members, make corrections after the participant's response, and then we produce this watch. These watches will be available for open sales, but participants can take such watches at a much lower price.
  • You can apply for a special discount if your country has a high customs duty or any additional charges for imported goods ordered in online stores.

  • You may apply to join the AR Club, if you are a participant of one of our special projects on Kickstarter
  • You may apply to join the AR Club, if you bought in our official online store any watch with a function of the moonphase. Throughout our long history, the phases of the moon were a characteristic sign of Auguste Reymond watch design, so we chose such a watch as a symbol of belonging to the AR Club.
